Your Job

You use WhatsApp to educate potential customers & help users become more successful.

Your Goals

• Grow the number of clinicians who buy the Elemental Intro Kit.

• Grow the number of clinicians who consistently use Elemental PerioPlast in their workflows.

Your Tasks

Follow-up with new enquiries

• Through WhatsApp account

• Chatting & (Video) Calls

• Presenting the solutions, its benefits & community

Converting leads into customers

• Host Online Training Sessions for new users

• Proactively share tips & tricks with existing users

• Solve customer’s challenges in the clinical workflow

The Ideal Candidate

Personality

Consistent: you follow through and complete what you start.

Helpful: you have a generous nature & love a structured approach which helps you solve other people’s problems.

• Focused: you work comfortably when priorities are set for you.

Language & Experience

Must have

Good English (written & spoken)

Nice to have

• Clinical (periodontal) experience as assistant or hygienist

• German or Italian or Spanish or French

Helpful to have

• Experience in a commercial environment

• Passion for digital tools

The Agreement

Set-up

• Part-time (5 half-days)

• Work from home (via PC & Mobile Phone)

• Travel to congresses, if desired

Financially

• Part fixed salary, part commission

• Stock options possible (long-term commitment)
